Jessica & Brandon: Part 2
Marquette Beach Wedding
Marquette, MI

Their beach wedding was gorgeous. and as Jessica & Brandon laughed their way through the sand, beginning to realize that this was for real – they’re married! – there was friends and family waiting with hugs to celebrate.

Then, we ventured back to the beach for a shot or two of this awesome couple. This is another time I love being able to have Garett’s eye there to capture the feeling of the day. His shot is on the left, my perspective is on the right.

The looming black clouds that gave us yummy light for a mid-day beach wedding, suddenly decided to let loose, and the downpour ensued. We ran for cover quick… and had to snag just a few romantic shots in the rain

The torrential downpour only lasted like 10 minutes… so as the sun started peeking back through, we decided to head over to these amazing colonial ships. I think this series just might be my favorite shots from the whole day.

(and the best part… Brandon turns to Jess, “can I be captain now?”) He makes such a good captain with his stunning bride on his arm.

Then, we joined their family & friends for an evening filled with sunflowers, cake, and dancing goodness.

I just love the heritage here. Two amazing parents, who have set such great examples of marriage.

So Jess’s family decided they needed to give Brandon a little initiation. And, that they needed to audition for his band. I’d say they’re hired.

Jess & Brandon, and your awesome families, I’m so very blessed to be a part of your family. Love you guys!! And I loved your wedding :) Can’t wait for our next hang out session.

Hugs!
