Dana & Eric: Part 1
McMenamins Wedding
Portland, OR

It was the perfect Portland day. Overcast, warm with a nice cool breezy, and sunshine peeking through periodically. I love that it was overcast, because after all it is Portland. :) This city has stolen the hearts of Dana & Eric. It is where they fell in love, where they have created their life together, and where they got married on this gorgeous day. They love to take “walking tours” of their vibrant city, and live in the downtown Pearl District. So, this is where they choose to do their First Look. So. much. gorgeousness.

But, let’s start at the beginning. In preparation for seeing Eric on their wedding day, Dana and her besties got ready at the fabulous Paramount Hotel.ย  You could tell these gals are besties because of the fantastic laughter, love & perhaps a few tears that they shared.

Vintage Remix shoes.

How gorgeous is Dana’s ring?!?! The grey rose diamond is delicate, unique and stunning. Especially on top of her grandmother’s jewelry case.

Along with her ring, these might be two of my favorite details from their day… Dana’s amazing Justin Alexander gown, and the baby’s breath bouquets.

Dana & Eric’s first look in the South Park Blocks of the Pearl District. So much love.

The excited bridal party :) Aren’t they the best?

The gorgeous Dana & her lovely ladies. Talk about some girls that have a blast together. (not to mention some serious hotness going on right here)

This totally cracks me up. I asked them how they normally stand = image A. I’m not sure I believe them though, because they quickly moved to image B. :)

Then we moved on to their seriously fabulous wedding location. Check back soon for images of their ceremony & for-real party.

The love these two share is a special one filled with laughter, amazing friends, a treasure chest of adventures, and a few wonderful kisses. Can’t wait to share more.
