Pi day – for all those nerds out there is 3.14. I was just informed by my hot hubs that we were married on Pi day. Therefore we must have pie on every anniversary from here on out. This year we missed the memo. Instead, we seriously rocked out our anniversary weekend: snowmobiling, romantic dinner at our first official date night restaurant, the first hike of the year with our pups, and a wonderful surprise.
Seriously if you have not been snowmobiling – then let’s pick a day – I’ll totally go again, as many times as you want.
The pearl was one we got when we shot Lauren & Shad’s wedding in Hawaii. And he had it made by the same jeweler that designed my wedding ring. And he designed it all by himself. And I had no idea. This one is actually a big deal. The gman is lousy at surprises. Like LOUSEY. He just gets so excited something slips out. But for this beauty, I had no clue until he told me to close my eyes and slid a ring box over. J I like surprises. And I love my man even more. Here’s to many more years with my love, and many more awesome anniversaries.
