I am really excited to share these photos, because it just might be one of my favorite families. Waaaaaay back when, they were the first people that let me take pictures of them. Back when Will was tiny. And, now we got to do another gorgeous family session with Kate included :) The light was perfect on this spring day. Perfect for blowing dandelions, and catching bugs. Just like they do most days. I love how these just capture how life is right now for this family. Full of laughter, bugs, new adventures, and butterfly kisses.
This is the newest addition to the family, Kate. Doesn’t she just make you smile? I think those eyes and that smile must make any day wonderful.
And Will. This kid has an amazing imagination, is stoked on life, and loves to contemplate the finer things. Life is full when he is around, one blessed family to have him in it.
Bugs. Making the family photo session complete. Will is a bug-finding genius.
Dandelions. I think if my neighbors (and my husband) would let me, I might just let these things grown in my own yard. They are so magical.
I kind of really hope that these make it onto her wedding slideshow someday.
I love how much fun Kira has with Will. With both of her kiddos. Someday I’ll get advise from her on how to be such a good mama.
