High School sweethearts. They are a couple that make me smile. There is a special kind of love that stems from knowing your love as you grow up. This was true for Whitney and Rob. They are high school sweethearts, that have grown together through the years. She’s waited for him, he’s longed for her… and now they get to be together forever. To start off this wedding season in their lives, we took some adorable engagements with Princess Ivy.. a beautiful Something Vintage Something Blue classic car. Her vintage vibe accented this old love beautifully. Not to mention the smiles that Rob & Whitney’s love will bring to your face. I love how comfortable they are together.

Anna & Adam : Wedding Grace Church Cal State Fullerton, UT

This wedding might top the lists of favorites. Mostly because of the amazing people (not to mention how gorgeous it was!) This wedding was actually shot by one of my best friends of all times, the amazingly talented,Ellie Grover. Her soft, whimsical style fit the wedding perfectly. And I had the privilege of getting to second shoot with her. So. Much. Fun. And just to top it off… it was the wedding of one of my other best-friends of all times. Anna was one of my roommates at Biola, and perhaps one of my favorite people on this earth. She is incredibly genuine, sweet, and a great example of what it means to live your life for Christ. Needless to say, I was so excited to get to be a part of her day with Ellie.

She and Adam (this guy had a lot to live up to marrying one of the all-time best people… but I think he might be up to the task) choose to be married in sunny Fullerton, where they will be living. It was perfect. Adobe with terra-cotta & succulents. The icons of southern California. Then, she included a nod to her years in the San Bernardino mountains with beautiful pine tree detailing. Loved everything.

I’m not sure which i’m more jealous of – the California-iconic oak trees – or these AMAZING anthropologiedresses for the bridesmaids. (I may just have to go buy myself one… or Karissa, want to just lend me yours – like maybe for the year?)

Their fabulous videographer (Ryan McDuff, of McDuff Productions) is also the brother of Anna’s matron of honor, who lives so far away she couldn’t make it – so he just had to sneak into a picture in her stead
